MIN Function | MIN function in Excel | Microsoft Office training
MIN Function is one of the most important Function of Excel, MIN is the contraction form of “Minimum” so it’s used to show the smallest number which is selected in a range of a table. Now we are going to work on it that how we can use it on our Office work. To learn it, follow the steps which are given below.

1) Start Microsoft Excel 2007.
2) Now write this information on Excel datasheet as given below.


3) Now we want to find the smallest salary of the table, To find the smallest salary, You should type this function (=MIN(G4:G10)) on a cell as given below.


4) After type of function press “Enter”. G4 and G10 is the place of our selected area. Which is like this (G4:G10), its mean select from G4 to G10. As you will type this function you will find your smallest salary.
